On Saturday 1st April 2006 a re-union dinner was enjoyed by over 50 current and past members in Saintfield Parish Church Hall Woodrow Room. A welcome was extended to all by joint chaplain Rev Chris Pollock followed by grace. After the meal toasts were proposed to Her Majesty the Queen (patron of the BB), to The Boys’ Brigade organisation and to the 2nd Saintfield Company. Rev Jim Rogers, Mr David Woodrow and Mr Melvyn Carser spoke about their happy memories of the BB. With many an old friendships being renewed, an enjoyable evening was concluded with the singing of the Vesper and the Benediction.
